Much interest and research now reside in the holistic approach to health, recognising Hypnotherapy as an effective, natural practice which promotes a positive state of mind and well- being, and as there are no reported adverse effects of Hypnosis or Hypnotherapy, it is perfectly natural and safe for clients of any age. Advanced therapeutic techniques allow the sub conscious to be accessed safely and easily, enabling the necessary changes to be made allowing the best ‘now’ to be achieved and maintained, so that healthy positive thought patterns become second nature themselves.
What to Expect from Hypnotherapy
It is not within my ability or desire to control anyone’s mind, but rather to assist client’s in taking back control of their own subconscious mind. Hypnotherapy sessions are very relaxing, rewarding and a transformative experience, with clients expressing that they enjoy the practice. As an Advanced Hypnotherapist I have an array of techniques and tools to use in sessions. Typically, sessions include therapeutic meditations, which incorporate Breathing Techniques, Fantasy, Mindfulness and suggestion therapy, to create recordings for use between sessions. Dynamic therapy is also used to work with the sub-conscious mind in reprogramming it to change behaviour, and can include Regression Therapy including Past Life Regression, Time-Line Therapy, Inner Child Therapy, Hypno-Analysis, NLP, and Emotional Freedom Techniques.
Sessions are integrative in approach, contracted, confidential a commitment from both client and counsellor. Although behaviour can be changed within the first session, I recommend that clients commit to up to six sessions to make meaningful lasting changes.
